Hi, I am currently on Duromine,30mg, I am doing cardio, high and low intensity workouts on the treadmill for 50 min a day 5x a week,and eating 1200 calories a day, I weigh 100kg, I am 45 and I have a slow thyroid and taking meds for it {5 yrs } ... I am losing weight very slowly, I have days of hunger and days of not wanting to eat at all,I would like to know what kind of eating plan and exercise plan I should be doing,as I have just recently found out that I am borderline endomorph and mesomorph body shape and this is clashing with my weight loss and weight gain, as I was not aware that I was a bit of both, and no matter what exercise or eating program I do, my weight just will not come off consistently , I have on Duromine for 8 weeks now and I have lost 4.4kg so far ,but feel it is not enough at this stage of the game, as I have 30 more kilograms to lose,and do not want to rely on Duromine for much longer in possible ..
