What Are The Treatment Options For Bone Spurs At L4 At The Fusion Point On MRI?

I had fusion of L4 and L5 in 2008. I have had numbness in both legs but mostly on the left side. Over the past 6 months the numbness has increased and pain in lower back has become a daily occurrence. My family Dr ordered a MRI that shows bone spurs at L4 at the fusion point. What other options to surgery are out there. I am only 45 and don't want a 4th surgery.
