What Are The Symptoms Of Valley Fever Relapse?

Good afternoon, What are the symptoms of valley fever relapse? My boyfriend had valley fever around 10 years ago & is currently working in fresno, calfornia, the same area where he contracted it. He just recently started complaining of upper chest pain when he breaths, coughs, moves his upper arms to lift anything. Any information is greatly appreciated. Thank u

valley fever as a fungal infection.relapse of the valley fever should be confirmed because usually it is an acute condition and relapse needs admition and steroid therapy and even in some cases is fatal.
recovery is sometimes long and takes one year or more.
