What Are The Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

I missed my period and today after 18days I had a brownish bleeding with slight lower backache and abdominal cramp. Before today, I had frequent urination, slight nausea and headache. Although I never did any pregnancy test but I felt I was pregnant. Can I (still) be pregnant.

Hi,
If you have never ever missed a period, these symptoms could mean a pregnancy which may have become unhealthy; it is also possible that some hormone insufficiency has caused this delayed cycle and the breakthrough bleed that has ensued is the result of decreased blood supply to the thickened endometrium. To confirm a pregnancy which is/is not viable, you should get a blood test for pregnancy followed by a trans-vaginal sonogram to assess the state of the pelvic organs. Hope this helps.
