Hi i think i have herpes? past three years, continuous (no recurrence.. its almost 24/7 all the time) itchy redness on the crease on either side of the vagina end of my perineum. at the moment its only one side, but its usually both. its cracked (1/4 inch long), and a bit swollen. I thought (hoping) it might have been hormonal like pregnant women get... but now im thinking its probably herpes, even though theres no actual blisters present and it doesnt go away and come back, it stays there all the time. Ive tried everything from worming myself to thrush medication and cortisone cream (works for a few hours at a time). Any thoughts?
