What Are The Symptoms Of Congestive Heart Failure?
What are symptoms of congestive heart failure? I am 70 year old female, am short of breath whether doing mild exercise, walking or most anything. Have an echo scheduled for Mon. My Primary doctor reduced lasix last week from 40 to 20mg because blood work showed dehydration. Have been very inactive due to several surgeries in the past 2 years. Am very concerned.

Symptoms and its severity depends on ejection fraction of left ventricle.Some of the symptoms are Shortness of breath,palpitations,swelling of extremities I.e fluid accumulation,,poor urine output,fatigue,abdominal distension etc.If any further questions, happy to help.Take care
