What Are The Symptoms Of Arthritis In The Legs?

I think I have arthritis in my left upper leg. When I m gardening, or bending over while vacuuming, my leg catches and I have to straighten up slowly. I try to remember to keep my feet together when I bend over, which helps. I exercise regularly and am in good health.

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, possibility of osteoarthritis of knee joint is more likely.
So better to consult orthopedic doctor and get done clinical examination and x ray of affected knee joint.
You may need physiotherapy, calcium and vitamin d 3 supplements.
In severe cases, knee replacement surgery is also required.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
