What Are The Suggestions For Type 2 Diabetic Patient?

I have type 2 diabetes and I have stop drinking about three weeks ago. This last week my blood sugar has gone through the roof when I wake up in the morning to 358 and urinating at least 8 times a night. My levels are usually around 120 only waking once to urinate. I will be seeing my doctor this week, but I would like to hear some opinions.
