What Are The Signs Of Labor?

I am 38 weeks pregnant and I have been in a lot of unusal Pain today. This is my second pregnancy, with my son I had back labor. My leg musculs are very sore for no reason I have heartburn today that will not go away and Is A lot worse than before. Could these be signs of labor?

Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Pain in the lower abdomen, sore leg muscles and heartburn can be the early signs of labour.
I would suggest you to consult your OBGYN as soon as possible and get properly examined, investigated and treated accordingly.
