I am diabetic for past 4 years my medication is Gemer Ds 1 daily dose 1 Tablet per day & in the evening
i have januvia 100 ---I have a good control of diabetic h1bac count is 6----I would like to make my transition
from gemer to fenfuro ---there are side effect of allopathy medicine ---by taking fenfuro will there be no side effect
and what is the benefit.

As long as your diabetes is under control, you can take any medicine, be it homeo or ayur. But remember, no drug is totally safe.
Meddling with well controlled diabetes can further complicate issues and unless you are totally unhappy with the above drugs, we do not recommend a switch over. The rest, you can decide.
