Suggest Medication For Type 2 Diabetes That Do Have Any Adverse Side Effects

I have diabetes type 11. I have tried meds, food, and exercise to control my blood sugar. No has works without causing side effects. Is there a medicine that does not have so many serious side effects? With the meds I have experience serious side effects. I am afraid of the medicine.

Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

It would have been great had you mentioned your exact blood glucose level.
The medications are usually prescribed depending on the blood glucose levels.

Initially , I usually start off with Metformin . It has very few adverse effects.
Do not wory about it.

There are many drugs these days with few adverse effects like Metformin, Glimeperide, Glipizide, Pioglitazone , Vildagliptin.
Your doctor can prescribe you any of these after considering both the benefits and adverse effects.

Do not be afraid of medicines. They are meant to keep you healthy.
