What Are The Side Effects Of Syndopa Plus?

My father who is 62, is diagnosed with Early Parkinson and he has been prescribed Syndopa Plus starting with 1/2 tab a day for first 5 days and increasing by 1/2 every 5 days. He has also been treated on Glaucoma and pressure well under control. I am in dilemma now, whether to start the Syndopa Plus or not. I have gone through the side effects of the drug. Can it be habit making in future?

There is no such drug which does not cause any side effect. It is habit to check "COMMON" side effects but of you will go deep then it will create problem for yourself. You will try to become extra conscious and will co-relate even a slight muscular pain with pill.

Side Effects of Carbidopa+Levodopa (Syndopa Plus):
Agitation, anxiety, confusion, insomnia, abdominal pain, constipation/diarrhea, muscle cramps, blurred vision.
Frequency of these symptoms have not been defined. Side effects vary from person to person. There might be no side effect or there could be.
