What Are The Side Effects Of Magnesium Overdose?
I have a concern about magnesium, I took way too much. It was magnesium oxide, and I took it about 18 hours ago. Nothing has happened I took 2000 mg, and I am a bit worried as to what may happen in the coming time

It can cause constipation on excessive use. Other serious side effects won’t happen with oral supplements but can happen with IV magnesium sulphate.
