General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Levonelle side effects last at least for 4 to 5 days. Thus, in my opinion your symptoms are not related to side effects of Levonelle. They can be premenstrual symptoms. I suggest using anti-inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen to relieve them.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
