What Are The Side Effects Of Hydrochlorothiazide Water Pills?

I am reading about hydrochlorathizide water pills. I have been on them for years and I am a diabetic I have some of the many symptoms caused by water pills. I would like to get off them. Is there a way to naturally expel water from your body?

An increase in serum uric acid, blood glucose, and calcium levels

Hydrochlorothiazide is one of the effective drugs used in the treatment of hypertension, it enhances the excretion of excess of sodium and water from the body and thereby decreases the high blood pressure.
Since you have been using this medication for years, I think the side effects are minimal and tolerable.

There is no natural way to get rid of sodium and water sufficient enough to be used in the treatment of hypertension.
