I am always horny. I masturbate almost every day, sometimes more than once. Can this have a detrimental effect on my mental, physical, and sexual health? I normally feel fatigued and have trouble concentrating but I think that is due to the fact that I have not been working out like I normally am due to some injuries. Some studies online said that chronic masturbation can lead to chemical changed in the brain and physical effects such as the ones that I described above, but I don t know the validity of those studies.
