Hi, I believe to have PR due to a confirmed "herald patch" in my naval followed by the small oval shape lesions appearing along my langer's lines. It came out of nowhere and is relatively itchy. I bought some calamine lotion and have been applying it frequently throughout the day. This is around the second week that I've noticed an irritation. Last night I noticed that my testicles feel as if they have pressure on them. It's not an acute pain in my testicles but does cause a bit of discomfort. It feels like someone is just slightly squeezing on them...Is there any link to the PR since the lesions are right below my naval (the lowest lesion)?
