What Are The Side Effects Of Birth Control Pills?

hi, my name is ivy..i would like to ask if i need to stop taking pills after i read the booklet the side effects which its happining to me like numbness,weakness or bad pins of an arm and legs..i been taking my pills for 4months to control my acne and also to have period monthly.

Hello ma'am and welcome.

Usually there are many options of birth control and you should be able to find one that does not cause undesired side effects. So I would recommend a visit to your doctor to help evaluate you and find a suitable substitute birth control that would best suit you, but in the meantime you can choose to discontinue the birth control and shift over to something else (e.g. condoms) until you are protected once again.
