Hi I have a prescription for Xanax for stress. When I have an anxiety attack, which doesn't occur very often, I take a .25 mg tablet. When I am stressed or have anxiety I loose my appetite. Also after I've taken my medication I seem to loose my appetite. I have borderline hypoglycemia so this causes me to feel very weak the next day. Today is that day. I don't have much of an appetite and I feel very weak, but I'm eating what I can. Should I change my anxiety medication?
