A state of pregnancy predisposes you to have UTI due to the urinary tract changing physiologically. In your case the decrease in pus cells is a positive development. Epi cells are shed off as a natural course of urination so they are not a cause for concern. Kindly finish off your course of antibiotics (if its left) and maintain good hygiene of the vaginal area to prevent recurrence. Your doctor may also consider changing to a different antibiotic but do not be worried. UTI's are rarely allowed to progress to a state where they can harm you or the baby by the doctor.
