What Are The Side Effects Of Sevista?

Hi, I am taking 30mg dose of Sevista every alternate day because I have a fat tissue in my both breast. I came to know that it is an oral contraceptive. I looked up on the net and found out that delayed menses and gaining weight is a side effect. Can I stop the pill? Can you tell me how to overcome from these problem?

The Sevista is a non hormonal contraceptive containing Ormiloxifene used for a variety of indications as hormone regulation, dysmenorrhea conditions to control heavy menses and others. The common side effects of this molecule are:
Weight gain
Nausea
Vomiting
Delayed menses
Headache
Uneasiness
