What Are The Side Effects Of Pentasa?

I am taking pentasa for my crohn desease , does this medication have any contradition? my dr thought I have bladder infection that s why she gave me this antibiotic 100 mg. now my burning at passing urine has stopped (after taking three) but I have bad pain at my kidneys side.
