What Are The Side Effects Of Panadol Osteo?

I was given panadol osteo yesterday to help with pain after having a breast reduction 3 weeks ago. I had a massive headache and nausea last night and woke up with hives. I haven t taken any more tablets. Can this effect my internal stitches or should I just have an antihistamine and sit it out?

You can take an antihistamine for your hives.you can safely take panadol for headache.
