What Are The Side Effects Of Nova Max, Paracetamol And CRM?

I have 3 yrs old kid, she has heavy cough and running nose and fever.. my doctor suggested Novamox 125 , paracetamol and CRM cough relief medicine he has suggested, all should be given before food. is it fine? is there any side effects of given medicine?
