What Are The Side Effects Of Endocort And 6MP?
Upper GI recurrence of Crohn s after over 15 years of remission. Was on 2400 mgs of Asacol. Doctor is now suggesting short-term course of Endocort, following by immunomodulator, MP6 for life. After reading the side effects of 6MP, it s devastating to think I will have a 30% chance of liver damage. How are other patients coping with taking this medicaiton. On the internet, which I know is dangerous to read, it s all about horrible side effects and how sick they are from the medication. Any advice would be appreciated.

I really appreciate your concern look as long as the pathological conditions are concern and the medicines used for them either curative or symptomatic must have some side effect and each and every molecules have these side effects so because of this not to have the medicines is not the option and even not wise, without the medicines disease can not be cured no matter what the side effects are, hope this information helps, take care.
