What Are The Side Effects Of Cetirizine, Montelukast And Allegra?

I have allergy since the monsoon started, when i take cetrizine with montelukast or allegra 120 i am fine, however if is stop the allergy returns, my query - is there any side effect in taking the above medicine for an extended period for 1- 2 months till the monsoons pass. I also am using seroflo 120 oral inhaler and flomist (cipla) nasal inhaler since the monsoon started. A doctor recommended to wash my nose with luke warm saline water mixed with sodium bi carbonate before using the spray. Should I continue my treatment with sprays and nasal cleaning to clear the allergy?
