My child is 2 yrs & 8 month old.He is suffering from some block in the Bile juice flowing pipe.So the doctor has prescribed him udiliv 150mg.(Half in the Morning & half at night).Today he has got some fever & some red like pathches in the body.What may be the cause?

But as you quote them as red spots or patches - the possibilities are Hand Foot Mouth disease/ any other trivial viral exanthem.
