What Are The Repercussions Of Missing A Dosage Of Clexane?

Hi, i am on 80 mg of clexane every evening at 9:30 i am taking it to prevent clotting as i have a bmi of over 55 and pregnant i just woke up realising im pretty sure i forgot to to it, though i can not be 100 % sure. Please help will this affect me and my baby and when should i take the next one? Thankyou. boo
