Is Clexane Injection Advisable For A Person With Thrombophilia While Travelling?
I AM AN ADULT WOMAN, SHORT, OVERWEIGHT. I HAVE TROMBOPHILIA BY GENE. I TOOK CLEXANE WHEN I WAS PREGANANT, AFTER THE BABY WAS BORN THE DOCTOR TOLD ME TO STOP CLEXANE. I AM GOING TO TAKE A TRIP, A 8-9 HOUR FLIGHT. WHEN SHOULD CLEXANE BE TAKEN BEFORE THE FLIGHT ?? IS ONE INJECTION OF CLEXANE ENOUGH FOR THE FLIGHT DAY ?? THANKS FOR HELP.

I have understand your concern
you b have not mentioned about your weight in kilograms. no problem.
you can take clexane 40 mg subcutaneous route 4 hours before starting of your journey.
one injection is enough.
along with clexane you can wear compression stockings to both legs to prevent deep vein thrombosis.
