inhave missed my period for past 7 weeks and have been testerd for pregencty all negative tonight i have wiped my self n got spots of blood also i have cramps and pins and needles in my vergina n cramps in my lower belly which is makin me feel sick what could this be

I would suggest a visit to your doctor for a urine examination, vaginal swab test and a blood investigation to check on tour hormone levels and thyroid profile. Causes can ve various, but an accurate diagnosis is possible only with investigations.
