What Are The Pus Filled Pimples On The Butt Of A Child?

My son is 10 and so far this summer has had many pimples on his but. Now he has two on leg that r more boils real red and some puss. His father built a house 10 years ago n now I noticed its full of mold when I dropped him off. What worries should I have?

Hi.
As per your case history your child is having furunculosis.
My treatment advice is -
1. Tell him to keep good hygiene. Bath twice daily and use good antiseptic soap like dettol.
2. Good topical antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily application should be done.
3. Other treatment options include oral antibiotics and oral anti inflammatory medicines.
