What Are The Possible Side Effects From Inhaling Paint?

I spray painted an interior closet, with 2 cans of paint and stupidly figured it to be a quick fix and did not wear a mask. after taking a shower noticed a very fine mist had settled on floors ,etc. Yes I did at least think to use drop cloth.......but, once I noticed my nose hairs are now white (paint color), and realized also that nap I took may have been due to inhaling overspray. Now worried for my lungs. What can I do. I as probably painting for 45 min. I did take pain reliever for headache, which helped.

Hello and thanks for your query.

I shall make an effort to provide you with good professional recommendations specific to your questions.
Whether your exposure to fumes is minimal or
extended, there are definite risks and side effects once the fumes are inhaled.
I summer in your case the exposure is for the first time not of short duration, the short term symptoms include eye, nose and throat irritation; headaches, loss of coordination, and nausea.
Prevent I advice you to address your symptoms with the over the counter medication.
Based on the information provided be you, I don't think there wool be any long term effect will be seen. But still it will be better if you visit the physician for examination and I advice you to note the ingredients of the paint and tell it to the physician.

Yet again, I duly appreciate your query to me, I do hope that have found something useful to help you and I shall be glad to answer any further apprehensions.
