What Are The Patches Of Dry Skin On The Back Of My Ankles?

I have small (dime sized) patches of dry skin on the back of my ankles (above the heel). No itchiness. No redness. Just dry. It developed on one limb a couple of months ago and has just shown up on the other one now. What the heck?! I m a 54 year old female with on/off psoriasis on my elbows (not a big problem). The dry patches on my ankles do not seem like psoriasis at all.

These patches. May be due to generalisd eczema,psoriasis,vitiligo....but as u mentioned as itching so eczema is ruled out, psoriasis is ruled out as dryness n no powdery scales... last is vitiligo whic can be confirmed by general examination,n by d use of infrared rays on d patches... normal a family history may be present
