well its very difficult to decrese weight too early but ya some suggestions will help uwake up in th e morning then drink little boil water(gunguna)full 1 glass water..thenm try to do these exercises like sit straight and then stomach ko pichkao without touching do it as much time as u can after then do some rope jumping and after that stand straight and try to touch your feet from opposite hand and after thses excercises wait for some time and have breakfast not rich in cholestraol..then whole day have balanced diet ...ya for balanced diet u can contact some dietecian
