Hello doctor, I have had sex with my wife 1 month earlier.since we dont want a baby now,Does mtp kit works after this much time because her regular periods are delayed?What are the chances of avoiding pregnancy at this stage?pls let me know asap? Thanks

I can understand your problem and i will do my best to solve it...
I would like to tell you that pregnancy can not be avoided at this stage,because already 1 month has passed, but you can abort it safely,if pregnancy is there...
So i would suggest you that first you confirm your pregnancy by preg test or by ultrasound and then only think about abortion...
MTP kit is 90% successful in pregnancy of less than 48 days and it works effectively if taken as early as possible...so you can safely take that as soon as possible to induce abortion...
