Hello,

Reclast is used in prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. It is to be given for prevention of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women in the dosage of 5mg over more than 5 min as intravenous injection every 2 years.

Some side effects of recast are bone pain, nausea, fever, fatigue, anemia, vomiting, constipation, dispnea, diarrhea, anorexia, arthralgia, headache, dizziness, insomnia, urinary tract infection, hypokalemia, hypophosphatemia, hypotension, anxiety, rash, eye inflammation, muscle cramps, jaw pain, and taste disturbances.

Prolia is indicated only in postmenopausal women with high risk of osteoporosis fractures and severe osteoporosis where in all the other treatment options proved ineffective.

So, you don't need to use Prolia while using reclast. A few side effects of prolia are:
1) Back pain, pain in the extremities
2) Fatigue
3) Low serum phosphate
4) Nausea
5) Diarrhea
6) Dyspnea
7) Cough
8) Headache
9) Anemia
10) Urinary bladder infection
11) GERD

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
