What Are The Large Sore On My Scrotum?

I have two large crater like sores on my scrotum. I am in a magnogmous marriage for 15 years. My wife has been my only sexual partner. One is all white and the other is beginning to erupt. They are sore but don t bother me . I noticed them about 3 or 4 days ago and they seem to be getting bigger and spreading. I am a diabetic and have been recently given invokana for it. Could this be the cause?

Hi there,
Thanks for posting here.
Scrotal skin lesions can be infections or tumors like steatocysoma. With you history it is not evident how big are the lesions. I guess they may be folliculitis.
You can clean with soap and water and apply antibiotic ointment like mupirocin twice daily.
Still if it persists, please visit a dermatologist.
Take care.
Hope this helps you.
