What Are The Instructions For Enoxaparin(Lovanox) Injections?

I have three 40 mg/0.4 enoxaparin ( Lovanox) injectors to be used as a bridge for Warfarin. I did not receive injection instructions from the pharmacy. It is incased in plastic and I do not want to break it. Yellow plunger and gray needle cover. Help. Mike DRiscoll

to be used sub cutaneously. tangential direction to be injected fully after removing the grey cover( similar to insulin injections).
