According to X-rays,there is thick atelectatic band in left basal region of left lung.There are many causes of atelectasis,it may be due to retained secretions,infection etc. Other areas of lung appears normal. CP angles are clear. There is Prominent aortic knuckle,it is due to aging. Mediastinal structures are normal. Hope i have answered your query.
