Hello,

The polycystic ovaries (PCO) that you have reported for your ovaries is a common condition affecting a third of women in the fertile age group. A number of hormone imbalances occur that affect the regularity of menstrual cycles and fertility of women.

Women with PCO often have a resistance to insulin and it is where Glycomet is expected to help. The imbalance in female hormones means that although eggs develop in the ovaries, they are not releases and show up as fluid-filled cyst spaces in ovaries - hence the name 'polycystic ovaries'. Siphon 100 helps with the ovulation to occur in these women, that is the egg is released, thus improving the chance of becoming pregnant. It can help correct the thickness of endometrial lining as well by improving the hormonal imbalance that occurs when the ovum is not released.

Folinal Plus is to support the pregnancy to grow satisfactorily as it provides Folic acid, which is one of the vital substance required for active cell division that ensues once conception occurs.

Hello,

Siphene is clomiphene citrate used for stimulation of follicles, but the side effect of this drug is that endometrial growth will not grow well due to its anti-estrogenic action on the endometrial receptors, so your wife needs other categories of drugs to induce follicles stimulation like letrozole or gonadotropin. Folic acid is given to prevent neural tube defects in the baby.
