What Are The Early Signs Of Pregnancy?

I had taken 2 pregnancy test and they showed negative. I ve been having cramps and my breasts feel tender. I just went to the bathroom and there was literally only 2 drops of blood on the toilet paper. The last time I had sex was over a month ago.. can the drops of blood mean that I m pregnant?

beta hcg ,a bl0od test can detect pregnancy in a accurate way,after beta hcg there can be a need for a ultrasound
