HI i think i am pregnant, cause my nippels itch alot and i cant sleep at nite I strugle to fall asleep, and im so tired during the day and when i want to sleep i cant, my stomache is getting big, i pee alot and my back aches and my feet are sore and my ankles are swollen, I an nuaseas the whole day but dont throwup at all and get heartburn every time i eat are drink something, i feel something moving in my stomcahe and i know its not gas or my musels, it feels so different from that and my eyes are so sensitve and burning and i have alot of headaches and pees alot and have whit spotting on my panties, and my mouth is so drie and i can start to cry very easily and then after i while im happy aigain, i had my period but not for a long time. it feels llike something is pressing on different side of my stomache all the time.

Dear Friend,

You are having varied symptoms, some of them may be suggesting pregnancy while others could be due to fatigue or so.

The cardinal symptom of pregnancy is missing a period, which you have not. The other symptoms associated with missing a period in first few months are frequent urination, nausea & vomiting and the breast symptoms.

The breast symptoms include dark discolouration of the nipples and areola with increase in the areolar size, breast engorgement with heaviness and tenderness in the breasts, secretions from the nipples.

I feel, these all symptoms could be due to the stress of the possible pregnancy. The abdomen does not grow before 4 months of pregnancy. Back ache, swollen joints are not symptoms of pregnancy.

Please do not be in the dilemma. Urine pregnancy test and/or ultrasonography will confirm the diagnosis. If they show negative results, please forget about the possibility of the pregnancy. If still the vague symptoms persist, please report to your doctor.
