I m 7 days late starting my period. I m a very regular person with a 28-30 day cycle. My lmp was 6-17-14. I had a tubal ligation done 4 years ago. I also had a right ovarian cyst. But it has been gone for about 2 months. I took a hpt yesterday and it was negative. Not sure if i could be pregnant. I ve been very tired, distracted, a little nausea, headaches, heartburn. No menstrual cramping , i feel like tiny muscle spasms, not really cramps. temperature been elevated for last 5 days (99.3f-99.9f), especially at night. I feel a bloated tightness in my lower abdomen, frequent urination- feels like pressure on bladder (nothing painful). Could I be pregnant and what show will i know if its ectopic or not?
