hi i need a answer i am 18 years old 5'5 190 pounds and sexually active. Right before my period for about 3 or 4 months now i get these little paper like cuts in my vagina that it hurts so bad to wipe and as well i start getting these flakey brownish discharge i think and it itches slightly and well burns because of the pains. i dont know what it is or what to concider it please help!!
