What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy With Non-penetrative Sexual Intercourse?

Hi Doctor, I am 26 years old and my girlfriend is 20 yrs old , On 16th June at around 3:30 am we had intimate time and I touched my penis to her vagina..she is a virgin and I didn t inserted my penis in her vagina but just touched it..once she realized that it touched..immediately she got up and washed her vagina with water..as my penis was wet of precum and so was her..I am worried can she get pregnant.?? Please assist me..i was thinking to give her contraceptive pill just to be safe...she had her periods on 5th of June month..

This is not likely to result in pregnancy but it is possible. If any of the precum got into the vagina then pregnancy could result. If she misses her next period then she should take a pregnancy test. She could take emergency contraception if she wants but it needs to be within 72 hours of the possible contact.
