Hi, my boyfriend and me had unprotected sex for about 20 seconds, no ejaculation. Less than 48 hours later I took the morning after pill - Ellaone and had a period, then have been taking microgynon and using condoms since, what are my chances of being pregnant?

In unprotected sex, if emergency contraceptive pills are taken within 72 hours then and then it is protective. so you had taken it within 48 hours.
after taking pill, you also got the period. so chances of pregnancy is not there if pill taken within time duration.
so my advice is no nee to worry about pregnancy.
now you are using the condom is also a better practice for protection from pregnancy and infection.
