What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy After Having Unprotected Sex, Missing Periods And Negative Pregnancy Test?

Hello I missed my period I was suppose to get it on November 16-20 but I never got it I had unprotected sex on the 10th of November and I spotted between December 30-3 of January and took a pregnancy test on January 2 and it was neg but I have symptoms and my lower abdominal is very firm is it to early to know if I m pregnant or not

What is important to know is whether or not you have your period this month. As there was an irregularity last month, and we cannot be too sure of the spotting being due to a period, it is best to visit a doctor and confirm/rule out pregnancy and then look into the cause for an irregularity in your menstraul cycle.
