What Are The Chances Of Having A Miscarriage With Low HCG Levels And Spotting?

Hi there, last week I was 7 weeks pregnant and HCG levels measured 3090. Over two days they had only increased by 33% to 4100. I had a scan at 7 weeks and all we could see was the sack. My GP has said she isn t hopeful that the pregnancy will last at this stage. I have had minor spotting (now at 8 weeks) but it is brown and very light (I actually had the same with my first baby at 8 weeks, so around the time my period would normally have been due). I am expecting to have a miscarriage and having a scan at 9 weeks to test viability. Are there any stats around how commonly this turns into a successful pregnancy?

This situation is tricky and mist probably there is going to be a missed abortion but still take good rest and medication as advised and wait for your scan at 9 weeks
