What Are The Causes Of Unexplained Nausea Without Any Other Symptoms?

I have unexplained nausea that comes out of the blue but after I'm able to belch from eating a couple of ginger chews &/or seltzer water i feel a little better. I recently had an endoscopy in oct 2011 & colonoscopy jan 2012 both were normal besides having h pylori bacteria in my stomach for which I took a double antibiotic for 2 wks. The onset of nausea happened gradually over the past 2-3 years but now it's several times a day & quite annoying. I used to eat spicy foods but after I stopped the nausea continued. I was told I had heartburn even though I don't have any other symptoms of heartburn. I've taken Pepcid w/ some relief but no one can tell me why. Any ideas of what this is?
