What Are The Causes For Lightheadedness And Tiredness?

hi , so lately i have been feeling light headed and un-energetic and was wondering what could be the cause of this? I have an appointment to see my dr. on thursday but would like to have some idea. BTW i am 38 turning 39 in a couple of months. Thanks Kristina

The lightheadedness you have may arise from-
-Long standing illness ,
- Weakness due to deffesiensy of nutrients like iron/calcium/vitamins.
- over exertion,/ anxiety,tension.
- menorragia/ pre menopausal hormonal imbalance,
- any other physical disorder.
